IMPRESSION DHP (02695) made its market debut today, with its shares priced at HKD 3.6 per share. The company issued a total of 36.1 million shares, with each lot consisting of 1,000 shares, raising a net proceeds of approximately HKD 104 million. As of the latest update, the stock fell 9.44% to HKD 3.26, with a trading volume of HKD 88.14 million.

According to its prospectus, IMPRESSION DHP is a state-owned cultural tourism service enterprise headquartered in Wuyishan, Fujian Province. Data from Frost & Sullivan shows that the company ranked eighth in China's cultural tourism performance market in 2024 based on revenue generated from its programs.

The company's performance and entertainment segment includes three main services: the signature outdoor landscape show "IMPRESSION·DHP," the newly launched performance "Moon Over Wuyishan" in May 2025, and customized performances for corporate clients, often commissioned for special events such as team-building activities and annual meetings.

The flagship show, "IMPRESSION·DHP," remains the company's primary revenue driver. Frost & Sullivan notes that it is Fujian Province's first large-scale outdoor landscape performance and has consistently been the group's main income source.
