British American Tobacco has officially launched four fruity flavor products, with plans to distribute to approximately 25,000 retail outlets in September and add another 25,000 in November. SMOORE is expected to have completed delivery of these new products in Q3. As of September, Glo held approximately 3.5% market share in Japan's premium HNB segment.
Additionally, according to company filings, SMOORE established a partnership with a new tobacco client in Q3 to provide a comprehensive HNB solution.
Huatai Securities noted that looking ahead, global regulatory policy changes are expected to benefit compliant industry leaders, and the company's atomization core business is poised to gain from this trend. The HNB business is steadily advancing its commercialization platform layout with a "multi-client plus multi-product" strategy. The brokerage remains bullish on the platform value of the company's atomization technology and heated tobacco technology solutions, maintaining its "Buy" rating.
