Biotechnology company Niagen Bioscience (Nasdaq: NAGE), which focuses on NAD+ science and healthy aging, has announced it will release its second quarter financial results after the U.S. market closes on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

The company will host a live webcast conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on that day to discuss the financial results and provide a business update.

Investors can join the call via a toll-free number, (833) 461-5787, or by visiting the investor relations section of the company's website, using conference ID 879 107 368. The earnings press release and financial tables will be posted on the company's website prior to the call.

In its previously released first quarter results, the company reported total net sales growth of 3% to $31.5 million, with its Tru Niagen® product contributing $22.4 million. Excluding the divested reference standards and analytical services business, net sales increased 5% year-over-year. First quarter net income was $6.3 million, or $0.08 per diluted share. The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance for revenue growth of 10% to 15%.

During the first quarter earnings call, management highlighted e-commerce, which grew 14% year-over-year to $19.2 million, as a primary growth driver. The company has also made progress in expanding its product line, recently launching the Niagen Plus at-home injection kit with telemedicine functionality and testing a Niagen NanoCloud skincare line ahead of a full rollout planned for October. On the regulatory front, Niagen (nicotinamide riboside chloride) has been granted a Dietary Supplement Ingredient Monograph by the United States Pharmacopeial Convention, a significant quality endorsement.

As of the end of the first quarter, the company held $66.5 million in cash with no debt and approximately $82.3 million in working capital. The company is also executing a $20 million share repurchase program, having completed $2.4 million in buybacks during the first quarter.
