Alphamab Oncology Buys Back 115,000 Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 6.22 Million

Alphamab Oncology (Alphamab) disclosed that it repurchased 115,000 ordinary shares on 2 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 8.43 to HKD 8.62, with a volume-weighted average purchase price of HKD 8.57. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 0.99 million.

Following the transaction, Alphamab’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 968.17 million shares, a marginal reduction of 0.0119% from the previous day. Treasury shares rose to 6.22 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 974.38 million.

The buyback was executed under the authority granted by shareholders on 12 June 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 96.85 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Alphamab has repurchased 340,000 shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.0351% of the company’s outstanding shares as at the mandate date.

A moratorium prohibits Alphamab from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
