Jiumaojiu Cuts Outstanding Shares by 54.20 Million in June; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Bulletin Express07-07

Jiumaojiu International Holdings Limited reported a net cancellation of 54.20 million ordinary shares during June 2026, reducing its outstanding share count to 1.34 billion. The reduction stemmed entirely from previously repurchased shares that were cancelled on 29 June 2026. An additional 4.68 million shares bought back between 15 and 30 June remain pending cancellation.

Authorised capital remained unchanged at 500 billion shares with a par value of USD 0.0000001 each, representing authorised share capital of USD 50,000.

Share option activity was limited: 320,000 options lapsed, leaving 45.34 million options outstanding. These could generate up to 17.05 million new shares if exercised, while the scheme still allows a further 86.89 million options to be granted. No option exercises occurred in the month, and the company raised no new equity funds.

Following the cancellations, Jiumaojiu confirmed that its public float continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 per cent requirement.
