CM Logistics: Stock Name Change Effective August 27

Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd. (01292) has officially announced a change to its English corporate name, transitioning from "Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd." to "Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd.". This corporate rebranding, however, will not affect the company's Chinese name or its stock code.

Effective from 9:00 AM on August 27, 2026, the English stock short name used for trading on the Stock Exchange will be updated from "CMA LOGISTICS" to "CM LOGISTICS". The company's Chinese stock short name and its existing stock code, "1292", will remain unchanged throughout this transition.

The company confirmed that this alteration to the English short name is a direct result of the corporate name change and aims to better align the trading identifier with the updated legal entity name.
