• Newly listed on 2 July 2026, Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. expanded its H-share base by issuing 3.44 million shares on 29 July under a partial exercise of the over-allotment option at HK$99.32 per share. H-shares in issue now stand at 50.08 million.
• Including 536.28 million A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, total issued share capital reached 586.35 million shares at end-July.
• Public float for the Hong Kong-listed H-shares is confirmed adequate: 8.54% of the class, with a market value of HK$5.09 billion, comfortably above the HK$1 billion regulatory threshold.
• Convertible securities: Holders of the 2025 RMB-denominated convertible bonds converted RMB 26.60 million during July, adding 242 A-shares. Outstanding bonds of RMB 1.10 billion could translate into a further 10.33 million A-shares upon full conversion at an exercise price of RMB 106.92.
• Equity incentives remain a potential source of dilution. The 2024 and 2025 Restricted Share Incentive Plans together allow for up to 5.48 million A-shares (1.70 million and 3.78 million respectively) to be issued in the future; no shares were granted in July.
• No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month, and the company reports full compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements and regulatory filings.
