VISEN Pharma Keeps Share Capital Unchanged in July 2026 and Meets Public-Float Requirement

VISEN Pharmaceuticals (VISEN Pharma, 02561.HK) released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing no movement in authorised, issued or treasury shares during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD0.0001 each, equivalent to USD50,000 in aggregate.

Issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) remained at 113.75 million shares, supplemented by 0.17 million treasury shares, bringing total issued shares to 113.93 million. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or transferred in or out of treasury during July 2026.

VISEN Pharma confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of at least 25% of issued shares held by the public as of month-end.

Under the Post-IPO Share Award Scheme approved on 16 November 2022, up to 2.40 million shares may be issued upon vesting of awards. Although 514,068 award shares were granted in July 2026, none were issued during the month.

No movements were recorded in respect of share options, warrants, convertibles, or other share-related agreements beyond the award scheme. The company further confirmed that all listing rule and regulatory compliance obligations related to any potential securities issuance have been met.
