Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600690 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange; 690D on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) released a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing its share movements and buyback activities. According to the announcement, the total number of issued ordinary A-shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 6,180,276,925 as of January 29, 2026, while treasury shares reached 72,751,486. This follows a repurchase of 807,000 A-shares for share incentive schemes at a price of RMB 25.53 per share on January 29, 2026.

The update also disclosed information about the company's D-shares listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (690D). Although no changes occurred in the total issued shares at the closing balance, a cumulative total of 306,000 D-shares have been repurchased for cancellation in multiple transactions between January 21 and January 28, 2026, at prices around EUR 2.09 per share. The final recorded transaction on January 28, 2026, involved 56,000 shares at an aggregate price of EUR 117,060.14.

Following these repurchases, the announcement emphasized compliance with all relevant listing and disclosure rules. All procedures, including receipt of funds, regulatory authorizations, and fulfillment of listing conditions, were reported as duly completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
