On July 11th, the 2026 Guiyang-Gui'an Fourth "PetroChina Cup" 100-Day "Zero Violation" Challenge was officially launched at the Shuangyong Square in Guanshanhu District.
As a local civilized traffic brand IP for Guiyang and Gui'an, the 100-Day "Zero Violation" Challenge, with "civilized traffic and green travel" at its core, was first held in 2023. The 2026 competition has been comprehensively upgraded, opening 10,000 participation slots covering ride-hailing and taxi drivers, as well as ordinary citizens. The event has invested fuel cards worth millions of yuan to establish tiered incentive rewards and has opened multi-platform online registration channels. Real-name registration portals are available through official new media platforms such as Guiyang Civilization Network, Civilized Guiyang, Guiyang Traffic Radio, and Zhizhi Guiyang, making the civilized challenge easily accessible. The entire competition relies on traffic management big data to dynamically verify participation records. Any traffic violations such as running red lights, illegal parking, or not wearing a seatbelt properly will result in immediate disqualification, guiding citizens to strictly adhere to traffic rules with stringent standards.
The launch ceremony integrated cultural performances, knowledge dissemination, interactive Q&A, role model speeches, and public welfare initiatives to convey the concept of civilized traffic comprehensively. The event newly established a civilized traffic observer team. Five representatives collectively read the "Guiyang-Gui'an Civilized Traffic and Green Travel Initiative," advocating for "wearing helmets while riding" and "law-abiding riding," and calling for society-wide participation in traffic guidance and supervision.
