AOM International Group (00381) Announces Monthly Securities Update for October 2025

AOM International Group Company Limited (00381) announced its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for October 2025. The total authorized ordinary share capital remained unchanged at 19,860,570,307 shares with a par value of HKD 0.1, maintaining an aggregate of HKD 1,986,057,030.7.

The number of issued ordinary shares continued to stand at 947,124,526, with no treasury shares as of the end of October 2025. No movements in issued shares were recorded during the period, and no exercises of share options or warrants took place.

Regarding convertibles, the document noted prior arrangements under various tranches, including a principal amount of HKD 51,000,000 for the 1st Tranche Convertible Bonds and further bonds totaling HKD 119,000,000. According to the announcement, HKD 51,000,000 from a placing in September 2024 was used to repay one of the tranches in full, and on 22 July 2025, 157,800,000 subscription shares were allotted. Subsequently, the Second and Third Hubei Convertible Bonds were returned to the company for cancellation. There were no new share issuances under these convertibles for the current reporting period.

No additional agreements or arrangements to issue shares were disclosed, and no other share movements took place during October 2025.
