CN INT DEV CORP (00264) announced that effective December 3, 2025: Mr. Zhao Jingfei has resigned as Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the company, and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, due to his need to dedicate more time to personal business. Mr. Qin Bohan, Executive Director, has been appointed as Co-Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Ms. Ye Duan, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of both the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
