Bulletin Express10-02

On 2 October 2026, Yee Hop Holdings Limited convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at which shareholders gave full endorsement to two key resolutions linked to the group’s forthcoming equity incentive framework.

Both ordinary resolutions—the adoption of the 2026 Share Scheme and, conditional upon its approval, the establishment of a Service Provider Sub-limit—secured 100.00% of the 325.00 million votes cast. No votes were recorded against either motion, and no abstentions or voting restrictions were reported.

The total share capital entitled to vote at the EGM stood at 515.00 million shares. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll.

All executive directors (Jim Yin Kwan Jackin, Chui Mo Ming, Yan Chi Tat and Leung Hung Kwong Derrick), non-executive director Lee Sze Wing Mabel, and independent non-executive directors Lee Luk Shiu, Pang Chi Shing and Wong Antony attended the meeting either in person or via electronic means.
