Seres Group Co., Ltd. (SERES) reported a pronounced slowdown in July 2026, with both production and deliveries of vehicles retreating on a year-on-year basis.
July 2026 Performance • Total production fell 40.73% to 27,572 units, while sales declined 44.35% to 26,679 units. • New-energy vehicles (NEV) remained the core of output, accounting for 24,577 units (-44.47% YoY) produced and 24,229 units (-45.65% YoY) sold. • Within NEVs, Seres-branded models showed the steepest contraction: production dropped 50.52% to 20,931 units and sales slid 50.86% to 20,480 units. • “Other models” displayed mixed trends—production grew 32.58% to 2,995 units, but sales fell 27.13% to 2,450 units.
Year-to-Date Snapshot (January–July 2026) • Cumulative production reached 223,642 vehicles (approximately 0.22 million), down 10.22% year on year. • Cumulative sales totaled 223,259 vehicles (also about 0.22 million), representing a 9.45% YoY contraction. • NEV production stood at 204,914 units (-7.51% YoY), and NEV sales at 203,006 units (-6.31% YoY). • Seres-branded NEVs contributed 182,114 units to production (-8.61% YoY) and 181,250 units to sales (-6.53% YoY). • Output of “Other models” was 18,728 units (-32.00% YoY); sales were 20,253 units (-32.17% YoY).
