Longcheer (09611) jumped nearly 12% during intraday trading before paring gains to rise 6.67%, with shares last trading at HK$22.72 and turnover reaching HK$31.173 million. The company recently announced adjustments to its proposed acquisition of control over Suzhou Anruike Information Technology Co., Ltd., planning to use自有 funds of RMB 840 million to acquire a 60% equity stake in Anruike, while also signing supplementary agreements covering performance compensation arrangements, excess profit incentives, and share increases in the listed company.
Anruike has long focused on the data center infrastructure sector, having developed product lines including server cabinets, PDUs, busways, and low-voltage distribution equipment, along with capabilities in solution design, system integration, and project delivery, accumulating relevant client and channel resources. Longcheer stated that the acquisition will help the company secure the professional team, product capabilities, and project experience needed to enter the North American data center infrastructure market, better seize industry growth opportunities, and further enhance its core competitiveness and sustainable development capacity.
