Stock News12-18

NAGACORP (03918) fell more than 4% again, dropping 3.97% to HKD 4.59 by the time of writing, with a turnover of HKD 34.06 million. The decline comes as tensions escalate along the Cambodia-Thailand border, with renewed clashes reported since December 7. On December 16, the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia issued another safety advisory for Chinese citizens near the border. China's Special Envoy for Asian Affairs is set to visit Cambodia and Thailand on December 18 for mediation efforts.

NAGACORP is currently Cambodia's largest casino and hotel operator. Notably, the company recently announced the termination of its financing agreement with a major shareholder for the Naga3 project, forfeiting USD 316 million to reserves. Despite the termination, NAGACORP plans to proceed with the Naga3 development and will evaluate remaining plans while exploring alternative funding options if necessary.
