According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 16th, BlackRock sold a total of 1.564 million shares in SINOPHARM (HKEX: 01099). The transaction was executed at a price of HK$17.357 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$27.15 million.
Following this divestment, BlackRock's shareholding in the company now stands at approximately 133 million shares. This represents a holding ratio, or stake, of 9.91% in the pharmaceutical distributor.
