CG Services repurchases 0.36 million shares for HKD 1.88 million; cumulative buy-backs reach 12.70 million under 2026 mandate

Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (“CG Services”) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 9 July 2026 detailing its latest share repurchase activity on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

On 9 July 2026 the company bought back 0.36 million ordinary shares on-market at prices between HKD 5.15 and HKD 5.20 per share, spending HKD 1.88 million. The shares, representing 0.0112 % of the issued share base, are designated for cancellation.

Including this transaction, CG Services has repurchased 12.70 million shares between 4 June and 9 July 2026 that are pending cancellation. These cumulative buy-backs account for 0.3897 % of the company’s issued shares as at the date the repurchase mandate was granted (29 May 2026).

The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 3.26 billion ordinary shares as at 9 July 2026, pending cancellation of the repurchased stock.

Under the shareholder mandate approved on 29 May 2026, CG Services is authorised to repurchase up to 325.83 million shares. To date, 12.70 million shares, or 3.90 % of the authorised limit, have been repurchased. In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 8 August 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the explanatory statement dated 27 April 2026.
