CIRC Declares RMB 0.0994 Interim Dividend for 1H 2026; Payment Set for 27 November

China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (CIRC) has announced an interim—or semi-annual—cash dividend of RMB 0.0994 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 29 September 2026 general meeting.

Key dates • Ex-dividend date: 5 October 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 6 October 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 7–12 October 2026 • Record date: 12 October 2026 • Payment date: 27 November 2026

Payment details The dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars; the exact HKD amount and the applicable exchange rate will be announced later. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar.

Withholding tax framework • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% withholding tax. • Non-resident individual shareholders: – Residents of Hong Kong, Macau or treaty jurisdictions with a 10% rate: 10% withholding. – Residents of jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10%: 10% withholding. – Residents of jurisdictions with a 20% rate or without a treaty: 20% withholding.

Corporate governance As of the announcement date (28 August 2026), CIRC’s board comprises two executive directors, four non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, ensuring oversight of dividend policy and corporate governance.
