IGG Inc Maintains Stable Share Base and Confirms Public Float Compliance for July 2026

IGG Inc (IGG) reported no changes to its share capital structure in July 2026, keeping both authorised and issued share counts intact while reaffirming compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirements.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000025, equivalent to USD 5,000. • Total issued shares stood at 1.18 billion, of which 1.15 billion are outstanding and 30.42 million are held in treasury. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred during the month.

Public-Float Status IGG confirmed that at least 25 % of its outstanding ordinary shares continued to be held by the public as of 31 July 2026, satisfying Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Equity Incentive Overview • Share Option Scheme: Terminated on 29 June 2023; 508,000 options remain outstanding with no exercises, cancellations or fund inflows in July 2026. • Share Incentive Scheme: Up to 119.80 million shares are reserved for potential future grants. During the month, 9,255 restricted shares previously granted under this scheme lapsed; no new shares were issued.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were outstanding or issued in the period. All confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by the issuer’s Joint Company Secretary on 5 August 2026.
