Ganfeng Lithium Details New Board Composition and Committee Leadership

On 20 May 2026, Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. released an updated list of directors and committee assignments, confirming the structure that will steer the company’s strategic and governance agenda.

The Board now comprises 11 members: • 5 Executive Directors – Li Liangbin (Chairman), Wang Xiaoshen, Shen Haibo, Huang Ting and Li Chenglin • 1 Non-Executive Director – Luo Rong • 4 Independent Non-Executive Directors – Wang Jinben, Wong Ho Kwan, Xu Jianzhang and Liu Chongliang • 1 Employee Director – Liao Cui

Five specialised committees remain in place, each led by a designated chair drawn from the Board:

1. Strategy Committee – chaired by Li Liangbin. 2. Audit Committee – chaired by Wang Xiaoshen. 3. Nomination Committee – chaired by Xu Jianzhang. 4. Remuneration and Assessment Committee – chaired by Wang Jinben. 5. Sustainable Development Committee – chaired by Liu Chongliang.

Multiple directors serve across more than one committee to strengthen oversight and continuity. In particular, Wang Xiaoshen combines executive responsibilities with audit leadership, while Wong Ho Kwan holds positions on three separate committees, reinforcing independent oversight.

The updated governance framework is intended to support the company’s strategic objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards. All appointments take immediate effect from the announcement date.
