Pakistan's IT Exports Continue to Decline in February 2026

According to data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, the country's IT exports continued their downward trend in February 2026, with export revenues falling to $365 million. Previously, IT sector export earnings were $374 million in January 2026, which was lower than the $437 million recorded in December 2025. IT exporter Saad Shah stated to media that the current global conflict situation is "extremely unfavorable for business and investment activities in the Gulf Cooperation Council region."
