JIHONG CO Schedules 4 June 2026 EGM to Vote on Higher Guarantee Limits for Subsidiaries

Bulletin Express05-11

Xiamen-based packaging and marketing services provider JIHONG CO has called its 2026 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2:30 p.m. on 4 June 2026 at the company’s head office in Yuzhou Plaza, Siming District, Xiamen.

The single ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval to raise the aggregate guarantee amount that the parent may extend to its controlled subsidiaries. The proposed increase aims to align authorised guarantees with the subsidiaries’ growing operational and financing needs.

H-shareholders recorded on the company’s register are entitled to attend or appoint one or more proxies. Completed proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the meeting.

If passed, the resolution will formalise the updated guarantee ceiling, enabling the group to support subsidiary borrowing or credit arrangements within the approved limit. No other matters are scheduled for voting at this EGM.
