CHINA RAIL CONS (01186) announced that the 2023 Science and Technology Innovation Perpetual Corporate Bonds (Series II) (Type I) for professional investors, issued by China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (referred to as "the Bonds"), will pay interest from December 27, 2024, to December 26, 2025, on December 29, 2025.
The Bonds, abbreviated as "CRCC YK07," have a total issuance value of RMB 1.7 billion. The coupon rate for the first cycle of the Bonds is set at 2.97%. For each unit of "CRCC YK07" with a face value of RMB 1,000, the interest payment will be RMB 29.70 (tax inclusive).
