According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Barclays PLC sold 5.75 million shares of Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Company Limited on April 8. The shares were priced at HK$8.472 each, resulting in a total transaction value of approximately HK$48.71 million. Following this disposal, Barclays PLC's remaining shareholding stands at 19.08 million shares, representing a 7.45% stake in the company.

Additional information notes that interests in 16,000 shares held long and short by BBPLC, and 16,000 shares held short by BCSL, as disclosed, relate to an intra-group hedging arrangement between BBPLC and BCSL. Interests arising from this hedge are not double-counted at the Barclays PLC level.
