ZHIXIN GP HLDG (02187) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 17, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Grant Thornton (Hong Kong) Limited has been appointed as the new auditor, effective the same date, to fill the interim vacancy left by PwC. Grant Thornton will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
