Kinetic Dev declares HKD 0.01 second-phase payout, confirms four-stage final dividend of HKD 0.06 per share for FY 2025

Kinetic Development Group Limited (Kinetic Dev, 01277) has announced the second instalment of its final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Key details are as follows:

1. Dividend timetable and quantum • Second payment amount: HKD 0.01 per share (1.0 cent). • Ex-dividend date: 22 May 2026. • Latest time to lodge share transfers: 26 May 2026 (16:30). • Book-closure period: 27–29 May 2026, with 29 May 2026 set as the record date. • Payment date: 31 July 2026. • Currency: Hong Kong dollars; no exchange rate adjustment (HKD 1 : HKD 1).

2. Full FY 2025 dividend structure The company reiterated that the approved final dividend totals HKD 0.06 per share, split into four tranches: • First tranche – HKD 0.01 per share paid on or before 10 June 2026 (already announced). • Second tranche – HKD 0.01 per share payable on 31 July 2026 (current announcement). • Third tranche – HKD 0.02 per share payable on or before 31 August 2026. • Fourth tranche – HKD 0.02 per share payable on or before 30 September 2026.

3. Governance snapshot Kinetic Dev’s board comprises seven directors: Executive Directors Mr Ju Wenzhong (Chairman), Mr Li Bo (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr Ji Kunpeng; Non-executive Director Ms Zhang Lin; and Independent Non-executive Directors Ms Liu Peilian, Mr Chen Liangnuan and Ms Xue Hui.
