The transfer involved a total value of HK$745 million, representing 3.83% of the relevant holdings.
A shareholder moved 30.086 million shares into Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and transferred 33.5021 million shares out of Citibank.
In a separate announcement, the company stated it will pay a final dividend of RMB 0.38 per share for the year ending December 31, 2025, on August 28, 2026.
