Sun Hung Kai & Co. Announces Online Release of Interim Report 2026 and Updates Shareholder Communication Arrangements

On 3 September 2026 Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited published its Interim Report 2026 on both the corporate website (www.shkco.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected to receive physical materials.

The Company reminded investors that they may choose between electronic access and hard-copy delivery for all future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, annual and interim financial statements, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders wishing to alter their current preference—or to switch language versions—can submit the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A postage-paid mailing label is provided for local returns; overseas submissions require appropriate postage.

Should investors encounter difficulties accessing the electronic documents, Sun Hung Kai & Co. will provide print editions free of charge upon request. Further changes to communication preferences can be made at any time via written notice to the registrar or by email to shk86-ecom@vistra.com.
