XXF (02473) announced that on December 18, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, XXF Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd., entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Neolix Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The agreement establishes a long-term partnership in areas such as autonomous vehicle procurement, road rights development, operational services, and market promotion.
Under the agreement, XXF and Neolix will collaborate in the following key areas: 1. **Autonomous Vehicle Procurement and Operations**: XXF will purchase, lease, or operate Neolix's autonomous vehicles, with in-depth business coordination in designated regions. 2. **Road Rights Development and Urban Expansion**: XXF will lead efforts to secure road rights, testing, and operational permits in specified cities, with Neolix providing technical support. 3. **Operational Service Assurance**: Neolix will offer full lifecycle maintenance, lifetime software services, and specialized insurance support to XXF. 4. **Exclusive Market Protection**: Neolix will grant XXF a three-year exclusive distribution right in cities where XXF successfully obtains and maintains road rights.
Neolix is a China-based technology company specializing in the R&D, production, and operation of autonomous vehicles and related technologies. It holds leading expertise and market experience in unmanned delivery and smart logistics.
With advancements in AI, autonomous technology is increasingly penetrating traditional industries, and commercial applications in specific scenarios are expanding.
