Robotphoenix: June Update Shows Stable Share Base and Full Public Float Compliance

Robotphoenix Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Robotphoenix”) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 July 2026.

The company’s issued H-share count remained unchanged at 244.95 million ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 0.25 each, corresponding to issued share capital of RMB 61.24 million. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period, and there were no movements involving share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

Robotphoenix confirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public float requirement. At month-end, at least 20.08% of the total issued H-shares (excluding any treasury shares) were held by the public.

As a joint-stock company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China, the concept of “authorised share capital” is not applicable; the figures disclosed refer to the company’s issued share capital.

All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Joint Company Secretary Yang Xu, affirming that any prior securities issuance complied with applicable listing rules and legal requirements.
