Dow Futures fell 0.08%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.00%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.15%, reflecting a cautious, tech-focused tone in overnight trade.

Super Micro Computer (SMCI) fell 6.13%. The company unveiled $7.0 billion of equity and equity-linked offerings to fund components for roughly $39 billion of AI server orders, stoking dilution concerns.

Wolfspeed Inc. slid 2.34%. It filed to register the sale of up to 24.07 million common shares for selling holders, with no proceeds to the company.

Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NVTS) declined 2.28%. The company said director Ranbir Singh resigned from its board effective immediately.

Chip stocks rose, with Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares (SOXL) rising 1.52%.

Among other individual movers, Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI) jumped 4.09%, AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS) advanced 2%, Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) gained 1.74%, Oracle rose 1%, ARM Holdings slipped 1%, Newmont Mining edged 1% lower.
