HSC Resources to Seek Shareholder Approval for Name Change to “Beautiful Life Group Holdings” at 27 April 2026 EGM

HSC Resources Group Limited has issued a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 27 April 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Hong Kong to consider a single special resolution: changing the company’s English name from “HSC Resources Group Limited” to “Beautiful Life Group Holdings Limited” and adopting the Chinese name “美好生活集團控股有限公司” as its dual foreign name. The change will take effect upon registration by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

Shareholders registered as of 27 April 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. The register of members will be closed from 22 April 2026 to 27 April 2026 (both dates inclusive); share transfers must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 21 April 2026 to qualify. Holders may appoint one or more proxies to vote on their behalf, and proxy forms must be deposited at Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting.

Any director is authorised to execute all documents and complete necessary filings in Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands to implement the name change, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
