LONGCHEER Buys Back 181,600 H-Shares for HKD 3.89 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 518,800 Shares

Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGCHEER) disclosed that on 23 September 2026 it repurchased 181,600 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 21.20 to HKD 21.50 per share. The transaction totalled HKD 3.89 million.

Following the buyback, LONGCHEER’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.35 % to 51.74 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 518,800. The overall number of issued shares, including treasury stock, remains unchanged at 52.26 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 5.23 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 518,800 shares, representing 0.99 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, LONGCHEER is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further treasury-share disposals until 23 October 2026.
