On 20 April 2026, Weimob Inc. released a reminder to non-registered shareholders that the company has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, reiterating the policy first announced on 18 April 2024.
The scope of “Corporate Communications” covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and their summaries), auditors’ reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible on the company’s website (www.weimob.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing routine physical mailings.
Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive “Actionable Corporate Communications” via email—such as dividend election forms, rights-issue documentation or takeover acceptance forms—are required to provide an email address to their custodians, brokers, banks or other intermediaries holding their shares.
Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents can request printed versions by submitting the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by emailing weimob.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request details.
Investor enquiries can be directed to the share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
The notice was issued by Sun Taoyong, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Weimob Inc.
