China Mobile Limited released unaudited customer statistics for the fourth quarter of 2025, outlining mixed trends across its mobile and wireline broadband businesses.

In mobile services, total subscribers stood at 1.01 billion as of 31 December 2025. The segment recorded a net decrease of 3.71 million users during the quarter, although cumulative net additions for the full year remained positive at 0.85 million. Within the mobile base, 5G network customers reached 641.99 million.

Wireline broadband customers totalled 324.19 million. The business posted a quarterly net loss of 4.58 million subscribers but still achieved a full-year net increase of 9.62 million.

Management emphasised that the figures are unaudited internal data and advised investors to exercise caution when interpreting the numbers.
