INNOSCIENCE (02577) saw its shares rise by over 5% during the afternoon session. At the time of writing, the stock was up 4.98%, trading at HK$67.40, with a turnover of HK$314 million.

On April 24, INNOSCIENCE achieved a significant breakthrough in its patent litigation, receiving favorable rulings from the Beijing Intellectual Property Court in two administrative lawsuits. The court fully upheld the validity of two of INNOSCIENCE's core patents for gallium nitride (GaN) technology, rejecting Infineon's invalidation requests. This marks another major legal victory for INNOSCIENCE in these critical administrative proceedings.

It is noteworthy that Google recently officially launched two new products from its eighth-generation TPU processor series: the TPU 8t, designed for AI model training, and the TPU 8i, optimized for inference. The TPU serves as the core for AI computing, while GaN is a key power device enabling efficient power supply for TPU clusters, together supporting high-performance, low-power AI infrastructure. According to INNOSCIENCE's 2025 annual report, revenue from sales of GaN modules during the period reached 446.2 million yuan, an increase of 142.6% year-on-year.
