ZJLD (06979) has announced new board appointments following its annual general meeting.
Mr. Tang Xiangyang has been appointed as an executive director, and Mr. Wen Jian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, with both appointments taking effect immediately upon the conclusion of the AGM.
Additionally, Mr. Wen Jian has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, effective from the end of the AGM, succeeding Ms. Yan Jisheng, who has stepped down from the committee.
