On August 5, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. sold 6.16 million shares of YOFC (06869) (H shares) at an average of HKD 117.0228 per share, involving about HKD 720.92 million. Additionally, JPMorgan Chase & Co. reduced its short position in YOFC due to the expiry of derivative instruments, with the short position ratio falling from 4.54% to 2.87%.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in YOFC was 28.57 million shares, representing 6.77%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 22.41 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.31%. For the short position, prior to the reduction, the holding was 19.16 million shares (4.54%); after the reduction, it stood at 12.13 million shares (2.87%).
