Prudential Repurchases 0.39 Million Shares at £10.39 Average, to Cancel Entire Batch

Prudential plc executed an on-market share buyback on 31 March 2026, acquiring 385,403 ordinary shares of 5 pence each from JP Morgan Securities plc under the authority granted at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

The repurchase was completed on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from £10.2850 to £10.4800 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of £10.3887. Total consideration amounted to approximately £4.00 million.

All repurchased shares will be cancelled. Following cancellation, Prudential’s issued share capital will stand at 2,526,950,756 shares, representing the same number of voting rights.
