Da Sen Holdings Calls Off 219.12 Million-Share Placement Citing Market Volatility

Bulletin Express10-08

Da Sen Holdings Group Limited announced that it has mutually agreed with its placing agent to terminate the previously disclosed agreement to place up to 219.12 million new shares under its general mandate.

The decision, effective 8 October 2026, was attributed to “unstable market conditions.” All rights and obligations under the original placing agreement signed on 18 September 2026 have therefore lapsed.

The Board stated that the cancellation will not have a material adverse impact on the Group’s financial position or operations. Management indicated that future fundraising options remain under consideration, subject to business needs and prevailing market conditions.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director Sun Yongtao on 8 October 2026.
