The Market Supervision Administration of Wuhu City, Anhui Province, has issued the fifth public notice regarding the announcement and delivery of inspection results from the 2025 annual product quality supervision and random sampling. The notice states that the Wuhu Market Supervision Administration conducted municipal-level supervision and sampling on products including fire emergency lights. Notifications of the sampling results were mailed to the listed manufacturers of the sampled products. However, some documents could not be delivered due to reasons such as incomplete production address information, lack of valid contact methods, or refusal to accept delivery.
The information for which documents could not be delivered by mail is now being publicly announced in accordance with the law (see appendix). The public notice period is 15 days. If the listed manufacturers of the relevant products or other rights holders have objections to the inspection results, they must submit a written application for re-inspection or a statement of objection to the Wuhu Market Supervision Administration as required by law. Failure to submit a written application or complete the relevant procedures in a timely manner will be deemed as acceptance of the sampling results, which will then be considered final.
