XIAO NOODLES updates on share repurchase activity; 38,000 H-shares bought on 10 July

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return summarising its latest share capital movements on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Key points

1. Issued share capital unchanged • Opening and closing balances on 09–10 July 2026 remained at 710.69 million H-shares, with no new shares issued or cancelled during the period.

2. Ongoing share repurchase programme • On 10 July 2026 the company repurchased 38,000 H-shares on the Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.50 and HKD 3.55, for a total consideration of HKD 0.13 million. • All 38,000 shares were designated for cancellation; none will be held as treasury shares.

3. Cumulative repurchases since February 2026 • Between 3 February and 10 July 2026, Xiao Noodles bought back 1.36 million shares pending cancellation, equal to 0.19 % of the company’s issued share capital on the date of the repurchase mandate. • Repurchase prices during this period ranged from HKD 3.06 to HKD 5.96 per share, with volumes per trading day varying between 7,000 and 1.27 million shares.

4. Repurchase authority and restrictions • The current mandate, approved on 25 June 2026, authorises buy-backs of up to 71.07 million shares. • Following the latest purchase, approximately 69.71 million shares remain available under the mandate. • In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 09 August 2026.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company confirms receipt of all funds and adherence to regulatory requirements.
