SJM Holdings Names Tan Sean Czoon as New CFO; Christopher Ip to Step Down on 29 June 2026

SJM Holdings Limited (SJM) announced a senior management transition, confirming that Chief Financial Officer Christopher Ip Shih Ming will resign effective 29 June 2026 to pursue personal interests. Ip has stated he holds no disagreements with the board, and no other matters require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention.

\n\nEffective the same date, Tan Sean Czoon will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. Tan, aged 47, brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic business and financial management spanning a Hong Kong–listed company, a global investment bank, and an international accounting firm. He most recently served at NagaCorp Ltd., joining in July 2013, becoming CFO in March 2018, and advancing to Chief Corporate Development Officer in July 2025. Tan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from The University of Queensland (1999), is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and is a CFA charterholder.

\n\nThe board expressed appreciation for Ip’s contributions and extended its welcome to Tan. Current board composition comprises six executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Daisy Ho Chiu Fung.
