SH PHARMA (02607) announced that at the second joint meeting of the third session of the Employee Representatives Congress held on February 11, 2026, Mr. Zhao Yong was elected as an employee director to the company's eighth board of directors. Mr. Zhao, together with directors elected by the company's shareholders' meeting, will form the eighth board of directors. His term will commence from the date of his election by the Employee Representatives Congress and will continue until the expiration of the eighth board's term.
