A notice from Lhasa Publication has confirmed a major adjustment to domestic fuel prices, effective from 24:00 on July 31, 2026. Since the last price adjustment on July 17, international crude oil prices have experienced severe volatility, with a sharp rally followed by a pullback and a recent surge to new highs. The average price over the ten working days before this adjustment was higher than the previous ten-day average, leading to this increase.
Based on changes in the international oil market, the domestic price for gasoline (standard product) will rise by 685 yuan per tonne, and diesel (standard product) will increase by 655 yuan per tonne. This regional adjustment aligns with the national directive. Across the Tibet Autonomous Region, prices for all fuel grades will be raised simultaneously.
In the Lhasa price zone (including Lhasa, Shigatse, Lhoka, Nyingchi, and Nagqu), the price for 95-octane gasoline will increase from 11,703.74 yuan per tonne to 12,463.55 yuan per tonne, with the per-liter cost rising from 8.78 yuan to 9.35 yuan, an increase of 0.57 yuan per liter. 92-octane gasoline will go from 11,080.50 yuan per tonne to 11,801.40 yuan per tonne, moving from 8.30 yuan per liter to 8.84 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.54 yuan. 89-octane gasoline will rise from 10,453.05 yuan per tonne to 11,133.90 yuan per tonne, or from 7.83 yuan per liter to 8.34 yuan per liter, up 0.51 yuan. In diesel, -35 grade will increase from 10,336.80 yuan per tonne to 11,092.00 yuan per tonne, moving from 8.76 yuan per liter to 9.40 yuan per liter, a rise of 0.64 yuan. -20 grade diesel will go from 9,987.50 yuan per tonne to 10,716.00 yuan per tonne, from 8.50 yuan to 9.12 yuan per liter, up 0.62 yuan. -10 grade diesel will rise from 9,533.70 yuan per tonne to 10,228.13 yuan per tonne, from 8.10 yuan to 8.69 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.59 yuan. 0 grade diesel will increase from 8,991.60 yuan per tonne to 9,640.60 yuan per tonne, from 7.62 yuan to 8.17 yuan per liter, up 0.55 yuan.
In the Qamdo price zone, 95-octane gasoline will increase from 11,979.52 yuan per tonne to 12,741.61 yuan per tonne, moving from 8.96 yuan to 9.53 yuan per liter, a rise of 0.57 yuan. 92-octane gasoline will go from 11,359.62 yuan per tonne to 12,082.14 yuan per tonne, from 8.49 yuan to 9.03 yuan per liter, up 0.54 yuan. 89-octane gasoline will rise from 10,704.00 yuan per tonne to 11,386.38 yuan per tonne, from 8.00 yuan to 8.51 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.51 yuan. For diesel, -35 grade will increase from 10,635.17 yuan per tonne to 11,380.46 yuan per tonne, from 8.99 yuan to 9.62 yuan per liter, a rise of 0.63 yuan. -20 grade diesel will go from 10,266.00 yuan per tonne to 10,997.60 yuan per tonne, from 8.70 yuan to 9.32 yuan per liter, up 0.62 yuan. -10 grade diesel will rise from 9,798.78 yuan per tonne to 10,496.16 yuan per tonne, from 8.29 yuan to 8.88 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.59 yuan. 0 grade diesel will increase from 9,243.24 yuan per tonne to 9,905.16 yuan per tonne, from 7.82 yuan to 8.38 yuan per liter, up 0.56 yuan.
In the Ngari price zone, 95-octane gasoline will increase from 12,260.29 yuan per tonne to 13,035.75 yuan per tonne, moving from 9.17 yuan to 9.75 yuan per liter, a rise of 0.58 yuan. 92-octane gasoline will go from 11,627.22 yuan per tonne to 12,349.74 yuan per tonne, from 8.69 yuan to 9.23 yuan per liter, up 0.54 yuan. 89-octane gasoline will rise from 10,958.22 yuan per tonne to 11,640.60 yuan per tonne, from 8.19 yuan to 8.70 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.51 yuan. For diesel, -35 grade will increase from 10,919.09 yuan per tonne to 11,664.38 yuan per tonne, from 9.23 yuan to 9.86 yuan per liter, a rise of 0.63 yuan. -20 grade diesel will go from 10,549.20 yuan per tonne to 11,280.80 yuan per tonne, from 8.94 yuan to 9.56 yuan per liter, up 0.62 yuan. -10 grade diesel will rise from 10,082.46 yuan per tonne to 10,779.84 yuan per tonne, from 8.53 yuan to 9.12 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.59 yuan. 0 grade diesel will increase from 9,491.46 yuan per tonne to 10,141.56 yuan per tonne, from 8.03 yuan to 8.58 yuan per liter, up 0.55 yuan.
