BAIC MOTOR (01958) has announced that due to a change in his work responsibilities, Mr. Kevin Walter Binder will step down from his role as a non-executive director. This change will take effect from the date the appointment of a new director is approved. The board of directors proposes to appoint Mr. Tolga Oktay as a non-executive director, with his term commencing from the date of approval at the shareholders' meeting and lasting until the conclusion of the fifth board of directors' tenure.
