B&K Corporation Limited (B&K) has submitted its Monthly Return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that its share capital structure and public-float position remained unchanged over the month.
Total registered share capital stood at RMB 117.66 million, comprising 83.02 million H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 34.64 million unlisted domestic shares, all with a par value of RMB 1 each. No adjustments were recorded in either class during July.
Issued share capital mirrored the registered figures at 117.66 million shares, and the company held no treasury shares. There were no new issues, repurchases, cancellations, or conversions of shares, and B&K reiterated that its 2020, 2021 and 2024 employee incentive plans do not involve post-listing grants or create dilution.
The company confirmed that its H-share public float comfortably meets the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement. Additionally, B&K reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other arrangements that could lead to future share issuance.
B&K’s board and management affirmed that all listing-rule, regulatory and legal obligations were duly observed during the month, as stated in the filing signed by Joint Company Secretary Zhang Liting on 3 August 2026.
