Lenovo Group has announced a deep collaboration with FAW Group at the infrastructure level. The partnership, which also involved Intel, included a visit to FAW's Hongqi Prosperity Factory.
The cooperation entails Lenovo providing FAW Group with a diverse range of smart devices and computing infrastructure. The two companies are focusing on efficiency improvements, building an intelligent operations and maintenance system along with a high-performance computing engine. This initiative aims to achieve proactive and refined management of the full-stack infrastructure, supporting core R&D scenarios such as simulation computing and intelligent cockpits. By utilizing green computing power to aid in energy consumption optimization, the collaboration ensures comprehensive business continuity and data security, thereby advancing FAW Group's development towards premium, intelligent, and low-carbon goals.
Li Chunxi, Head of the Corporate Sector at FAW Group's Enterprise Ecological Strategy Marketing Department, stated, "As a witness and driving force behind the growth of China's automotive industry, FAW Group has consistently adhered to the path of independent innovation, breaking through core technology barriers.
