On October 10, the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published the list of the second batch of construction entities for manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers, with 25 units nationwide selected. Among them, two from Jiangsu made the list.
Manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers are public service carriers established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to implement the "Manufacturing Digital Transformation Action Plan," providing professional digital transformation services to industry enterprises in key sectors and regions.
The Jiangsu entities selected as construction entities are XCMG Hanyun Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Zhongtian Internet Technology Co., Ltd., with services covering the machinery industry as well as the power equipment, electronic information manufacturing, and shipbuilding industries.
Among them, as a 2025 national-level cross-industry and cross-domain industrial internet platform, the XCMG Hanyun Industrial Internet Platform has cumulatively connected more than 1.6 million pieces of equipment of various types worldwide, with business reaching over 90 sub-sectors and service coverage spanning more than 180 countries and regions globally.
Zhongtian Internet Technology's self-developed Aishang Industrial Internet Platform was included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's list of cross-industry and cross-domain industrial internet platforms in 2022, making it the first national-level dual-cross platform in the country developed based on industrial internet identification.
Previously, four construction entities from Jiangsu had already been selected for this list: China CEPREI (East China) Laboratory, Jiangsu Jinheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., Wuxi Internet of Things Innovation Promotion Center, and China Electronics Hongxin Information Technology Co., Ltd.
